BOB OLSON
Out of Print
There is a lot of love, and humor in Bob's stories. A fine read, indeed. For in these stories one can't help but be reminded of one's childhood, the "Mystery of the World," and the question of just how well do we know each other? Just how well do we know ourselves? Read these stories, and come to know the gift again, for truly, to echo Shakespeare, "it is wonderful, wonderful and again, most wonderful." (from the introduction by Bruce Taylor)

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Bob Olson is a captive of nostalgia recording a remarkably unconventional and unpredictable life through the last century. He has traveled surviving uniquely gripping circumstances. Although a Christian, Bob's fans include: Buddhist priests and Jewish and Muslim scholars. Bob retired as a counselor in 1991. He lives in Bellevue, Washington with his wife Seiko. He has coached students in creative writing, drama, sports and edited student publications as well as helping sponsor a variety of mental health activities and prison workshops. Bob has also created ceramics and designed printed T-shirts, caps and cups. He swims for exercise. Bob sees mentoring as his goal. In addition to helping a mistreated convict initiate prison reform, Bob mentors a missionary/doctor and an abused lady corporate manager. Bob is active on the Green Team environmental enterprise at his church and seeks to enlist participation from youth. He also edits FOKUS Newsletter (an online publication for artistic people under Pantarbe.com on the Internet), as well as stories, books, etc. Bob is now leading a new writers' critique group.
